What's required before my appointment?

For the best results, make sure your face is completely clean and free of any products, sunscreen or makeup. Lash extensions adhere to your natural lashes using a medically safe latex glue. Some products can interfere with the glue, so to ensure the bond is tight and your lashes look amazing, we kindly request that you turn up for your appointment bare-faced.

So how long does it really take?

Get ready to meditate! Your lash appointment can take up to two hours, depending on your lashes. If you are unsure how much time to allow, talk to us in-store for the best advice about your lashes and the look you desire.

How do I take care of my new lashes?

No products, exercise, makeup or sad movies for at least 12 hours after your appointment, please. We want you to keep your lashes completely dry so that the glue has time to set and your extensions stay in place for the longest time possible.
